These terms apply when you use this website or buy from AutoPilot Commerce. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and small details may vary slightly from images.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. We accept major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Discount codes

The WELCOME10 code gives 10% off a first order, once per customer, and cannot be combined with other codes unless stated.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
