Questions, answered
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders of A$50 or more. Under A$50 it's a flat A$6.95. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
How long will my order take? Will it arrive by Christmas?
Delivery to Australia usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch; some parcels take longer. Estimates only. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and opened cosmetics can't be returned for change of mind.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify, so we never see or store your full card details.
