AutoPilot Commerce is a small online store based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We look for clever, useful and giftable products for the home, the desk, the kitchen and the dog bed, and bring them together in one easy place.
How we work
- A short, curated range. We'd rather list a handful of things we think are worth buying than thousands of random ones.
- Honest listings. We describe products as accurately as we can, including sizes, what's in the box and anything you need to buy separately.
- Shipped by trusted fulfilment partners. Most physical products are packed and sent by our fulfilment partners, often from overseas warehouses. That's how we keep prices fair. Every order is tracked, and we tell you up front how long delivery usually takes.
- Real support from a real person. Email holla@apcommerce.shop and we reply within 1–2 business days.
Our promise
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Changed your mind? You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our goods also come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Shipping and Returns pages for the details.
