Shipping policy

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Every order is sent with tracking.

Shipping cost

Standard Tracked Shipping is FREE on orders of A$50 or more.

Orders under A$50 pay a flat A$6.95 (shown in your local currency at checkout).

How long it takes

Order processing: 1–3 business days. We check, pack and hand your order to our fulfilment partner.

Delivery: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Some items ship from local warehouses and arrive sooner.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, public holidays and peak seasons (e.g. November–December) can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update.

Customs, duties and taxes

Australian prices include GST. For orders to other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless your checkout shows they have already been collected.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email simpsonfin@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we will always help where we can.
